This is excellent advice. (below).

Even better, obtain the phone number from the home page of the B&B house and
phone them direct and ask for a price over the phone. No money changes
hands until the your stay is completed. Be prepared, you may have to share
the house facilities with the owners and their family, but its all good fun.
