My mother was born and raised in Dublin....Lucan is where she was
baptized...then, I think she was sent to an aunt to live because there
were 13 of them. So she also lived in Dun Laoghaire (is that the right
spelling?) Her mother and father's families all came from Co Carlow
About the Kehoe name...is it very common? I know a Kehoe family here
where I live in the US. If I see them I'll ask if they know where
their people came from in Ireland. Most Americans don't know the
county.
