Hi,

I'm reasonably new to the group.

I'm researching the Kennedy families from Killyvanny and Drumcalpin in Ballyhaise, County Cavan Ireland, which is in the Parish of Castleterra.

My great great grandparents where Thomas Kennedy who married Mary Ebbitt at the Castleterra Parish Church, Ballyhaise, County Cavan, in 1828. They had eight children as follows:
(1). John? KENNEDY who died aged 40; unmarried.
(2). Frances KENNEDY (Fanny) who married Henry HUMPHREYS, at the Castleterra Parish Church, Ballyhaise, County Cavan, in 1854.
(3). Margaret KENNEDY who married Thomas MULLIGAN at the Castleterra Parish Church, Ballyhaise, County Cavan, in 1856.
(4). Mary Jane KENNEDY who married James WOOD(S) at the Castleterra Parish Church, Ballyhaise, County Cavan, in 1868.
(5). George KENNEDY who married Eliza HETHERINGTON at the Castleterra Parish Church Ballyhaise, County Cavan, in 1966.
(6). Thomas KENNEDY who married Julia Myra SHEEHAN in Dunedin, New Zealand in 1886.
(7). Sophia KENNEDY who married Thomas WOOD(S) at the Castleterra Parish Church, Ballyhaise, County Cavan, in 1965.
(8), Robert Henry KENNEDY who married Lizzie O'HARA in Gore, New Zealand, in 1893.

If anyone has any information regarding the above families, I would love to hear from them.
