< Helen.... I did a quick look at the two sites that
you indicated in
your post
to the list. I'm wondering why you think a link to
the British and
Irish
Villages from a Cavan page would be beneficial. I
didn't see any Cavan
cities mentioned. I am thew new Co Cavan
IrelandGenWeb coordinator and
am in
search of great sites to add to the page.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks.

Hi Denise,
My wording must have been the wrong way around ... I
think it would be good for any CAVAN pages to go on
the British and Irish Village site so people can THEN
find the CAVAN site(s).
Because it ISN'T on the map as a 'featured' area, is
all the more reason to include a link to 'steer'
interested people towards 'finding' CAVAN sites and
whatever information they are searching for
(genealogy, travel, interest).
I appreciate it would be less likely people would want
to go from a CAVAN site to the Village site, and I
didn't mean to link that way.
If I still haven't been clear, email me privately.
(I know what I mean <grin>)
