One more thing! a tip it took me years to figure out.

If you google for all of these townland, barony, parish names, some
newspaper extracts come up,too, as well as other sites. Instead of clicking
on the main line of the google results (like "Co. Cavan Ireland Newspaper
Abstracts" below), click on the word "cached" that you see at the end. (See
the example below). When you click on that, you get the same page as you
would on the main line, but your search terms are highlighted, so you can
quickly see where the word you are seeking occurs. Big time saver..

Co. Cavan; Ireland Newspaper Abstracts Newspaper transcriptions and
abstracts for County Cavan, Ireland. ... M. Sheridan, Farmer, Losset.
