Hello,
I am currently researching my family history, and have am unable to further my research regarding the Davenport family from County Cork,Limerick & Galway.

Thomas Davenport (b abt 1776 Cork/Limerick) was a Captain in The North Cork Militia and a JP for Limerick County.


The Davenport's are connected by marriage to the following families.


Davenport (Cork, Limerick & Galway)

Hoare ( Factory Hill, Cappavarna
Ennis,Limerick,Shandon,Bachelors Quay,Coolfada,
Dunkittle,Woodhill, Cork,Dublin )


Vincent (Factory Hill Cork)


Verboom-Parker (Limerick)

Tyrell (Tyrrellstown Galway)


Levers-Cox (Cork)

Newenham (Coolmore Cork)

Lombard (Lombardstown Cork)


Burnell (Dublin)


Woodcock (Kilcogane, Kilkenny)

Barry ( Sir Edward Barry)

Lyons (River Lons)


Would anyone residing in the Cork, Limerick or Galway areas, please advise me as to whether there are still Davenport's Vincent Davenport's or Verbooms living in those areas today. ( ie: in phone directory)
