Wills can be a complicated subject, have a look at the notes by Jane Lyons
at this site

Most of the wills were burned in 1922 but many were restored from copies
held by solicitors and family, the more recent the better your chances. For
a will probated before 1858 you are unlikely to find a copy but you might
find an abstract that was taken for research purposes before 1922.
Will can be obtained from the national archives but you need to employ a
private researcher to do it (if you are in Dublin you can do it in person)
