Dear Listers,

A. E. Casey's collection, "O¹Kief, Coshe Mang, Slieve Lougher, and Upper
Blackwater in Ireland" contains a wealth of genealogical information and
local history items about Co. Cork as well as Co. Kerry.

Cork list subscribers may be interested to learn that a general
introduction to the Casey Collection was recently published by members of
the Irish Genealogical Society of Wisconsin (IGSW). The article includes
new finding aids for using Casey's books with the LDS International
Genealogical Index to find ancestors quickly. This article appeared in
the IGSW's Quarterly, Vol. 10, No. 1, March 2001.
