There is not such a thing available anywhere. What you can do is
visit an LDS Family History Centre and search the microfilms of
Indexes to Civil Birth Registration. These give the Registration
Districts, Volume and Page numbers, the with that specific info. you
can get a photocopy from GRO, Dublin for the equivalent of one pound
and 50 pence in Irish money, postage included, or you can check in LDS
for FULL birth records. These are available on film from Jan, 1864 to
Mar, 1881 and from Mar 1900 to Mar 1955, with a gap between 1913 and
1930.
