I am trying to trace my great-grandfather's family in Cork. HENRY DESMOND was born in 1833 in Everton, Liverpool. His parents were Thomas and Mary from Cork. I have been unable to trace Henry's birth registration and cannot find records of his parents in any Census for Liverpool nor can I find records of their deaths.

Is there anyway I can trace when his parents may have left Cork for Liverpool? Or can I trace their marriage anywhere?

I know I am asking a lot but I would be really grateful for some advice.
