Jane Lyons has transcribed much of Lewis's 1837 book on Ireland, and the
following website of hers mentions a Factory Hill estate in Caherlag (Lewis
apparently used 'Cahirlag') civil parish, just a few miles outside of Cork
City. Here's the URL:

The name, Factory Hill, appears to apply to "a gentleman's house", that of W.
Letchfield, Esq.
I don't find any reference to a townland or a location of Factory Hill on any
of my maps.
