I can. Knowing that a tober is a well, I searched through Holy Wells in
Co.
Cork and - sure enough - there is a Tubberlaonann Holy Well in
Ballywilliam
townland, part of the eastern end of Cobh town (Queenstown). In fact,
the Holy
Well location is shown on Discovery Map 81 at the far eastern end of the

built-up area of Cobh. Unlike most of the wild speculations I am prone
to make, I
feel pretty confident about this one <gr>.
