The website John and Jane Hayes of Clonakilty is worth having a look at. I
found some fascinating stories on it about how people lived in this area in
the 19th c. before emigrating to England and then to Utah, USA. I am not
sure but I think they could be related to a Cork Delahay family since these
Hayes showed a lot of interest in various religious groups which is typical
of Huguenots. Having become Mormons, there are many duplicate members of
this Hayes family on the IGI ( put their by different branches I presume)
but unfortunately they say cannot trace their ancestors very far back in
Ireland.
