Have you tried England's Public Record Office, now called the National
Archives? That's where military records are kept for their personnel
stationed in Ireland from sometime in the 1700's up to, I suppose,
1921.
A major base for the army in Ireland, outside of Dublin, was the
Curragh, for which the nearest registration district is Naas, Co.
Kildare. If the marriage you seek occurred from 1845 onwards and was a
Church of Ireland or Church of England marriage, it should be recorded
in Ireland's BDM indexes.
Best wishes in your hunt.
