Hi ,
I'm new to this list and wish to post my interests. I realise that my
relatives/ancestors originally from Co. Clare may now be spread all over
Ireland. Indeed there are a considerable number in the Irish phone book.
As you can see below they have spread to the other side of the world.
I am descended from John Singleton & Jane Bruffe who lived at Quinville,
Co. Clare and were married about 1705. My line descends through John
,their son to Edward D'Alton Singleton, to Hugh Brady Singleton, to
Edward Singleton of Hazelwood, Co Clare & The Hall, Preston Deanery,
Northants, b abt 1834 to my grandfather John William Massey Singleton
who came to New Zealand in the late 19th century.
Any info on the offspring or ancestors of John & Jane Singleton would be
appreciated.
