From the publication "Irish Records (revised edition), Sources for Family and
Local History" by James G. Ryan, Ph.D.:

Roman Catholic
Civil Parish: St. Mary (1)
RC Parish: St. Mary's Pro-Cathedral; also part St. Michan
Earliest Record: b. 1734; m. 1734
Status: local custody; to be indexed by Dublin Hertiage Group (DHG), 2nd
Floor, Cumberland House, Fenian St., Dublin 2. Ph: (01) 6619000; fax: (01)
6761628; e-mail: .

NOTE: This is the official IGP center for Dublin city and the southwestern
part of Co. Dublin. This center is indexing the church and other relevant
records of this area. Those already indexed are indicated in the section on
church records.(see above). They are also compiling databases on Dublin
vernacular architecture, the Dublin Fire Brigade, and are indexing the
"Freeman's Journal" newspaper. Researchers are advised to contact the group
for an updated list of registers, and other sources, indexed. They will
conduct research on their indexes for a fee.

Hope this helps...
