I am seeking to locate a newspaper report on the trial of
John Sheedy who was sentenced 24.3.1832
he was charged with being a whiteboy and received a life sentence.
He stated he was a native of Galway and that he was trialled at Galway.

Has anyone any previous experience of locating a trial record from the
Newspapers for this era of time in Galway? If so I would appreciate any
advice on same, or alternatively would be happy to hire someone to locate
the record for me.
