Please, never, ever open any email with an attachment that is supposed to
have come from me, or any address associated with my web site 'From Ireland'
unless I have emailed you first and asked if you are willing to accept an
attachment.

Never open an email with the @from-ireland.net email address.

Never open an email with an attachment - from anyone, no matter if it is
your son, your daughter, your brother, sister - unless you first check with
them to make sure that they sent you such an email.

It is the safest way. It doesn't matter how many anti-virus programmes you
run, the newest virus is always 24 hours ahead of the anti-virus
programmers - always remember that.
