the response, the overwhelming majority agreed Island House is next the
Cathedral.

Would SKS who has researched at the local history department of the
Galway Library please tell me where Island House is located? I assume
from the location name that it's along one of the waterways in the town
but have checked several city maps and still cannot locate it. Also, can
anyone suggest a convenient area to stay in that's within walking
distance of the library?
