Happy New Year to you all
I am a recent new lister to this group and have been a lurker ,enjoying all the interesting information that is shared

I now have a question, and hopefully some kind person will be able to point me in the right direction

MARGARET CALLANAN born 1830 the daughter of DENNIS CALLANAN a stone mason ,married JOSEPH NAUGHTON in the Roman Catholic Chapel at RAINHILL LANCASHIRE ENGLAND in June
Both MARGARET AND DENNIS were born in GALLWAY

This is my first venture into research in Ireland , am very excited but have no idea how to continue my research
JOSEPH was born in Kilkenny so I am presuming they met in England
I would appreciate any help that you can offer as to where I get look for these relatives records
