It does seem like a lot of extra emails at first, but once you recognize the
format of these new gatewayed messages, it is a simple matter just to review the
title, scan the body quickly - that wasn't dirty - then delete whole messages
even more quickly, if the names and/or subject matters are not of interest. Just
