Greetings:
I have a Thomas ÓCONNOR who is listed as a "Trader." The time period would be
1865 through 1890. Would such a person be required to hold a license to
operate, file tax returns or be required to complete other civil forms? Of so
where would these records be filed? We believed his residence to be in the
Townland of Asdee, the civil parish of Aghavallen, PLU of Listowel. Thank you
in advance for considering my request.
