Hi, don't know if there is any connection - I'm looking for parents and siblings of Anne Brophy, born Ballybrophy, co. Laois around 1826, married Francis Clarkson of Donaghmore in 1846, and moved to Leeds in 1868. They had 6 children - Michael born 1848, Peter born 1850 (my GG grandfather), Margaret born 1855, Frank born 1866 - he ended up in Brooklyn NY, Anne born 1857, and William born 1858.
