Civil Registration of most vital statistics does not begin until 1864.
Before that, parish registers may provide the information you seek.
The Limerick Regional Archives can provide you with information from the
Fedamore Parish Registers beginning with the year 1806.
In the Fedamore information I obtained from the Archives, there is mention of
Patrick O'Brien who served as a sponsor at the 1847 baptism of Mary Toomey,
one of the children of Timothy Toomey and Johanna Hogan. Not just who
you're looking for, but evidence of O'Briens in Fedamore in 1847.
