Go into the nearest LDS's Family History Centre and search Film# 0101079 for
Daniel Leahy , whom you say was born in Feb. 1921, when you find it (and you
might find many Daniel Leahy's) - write down all the Volume & page numbers,
Date reported (quarterly reporting prevailed, so you might find his record
in March, and the
name of the Reporting District ( Now I don't yet have a full list of the
Reporting districts for the county of Limerick, but among them are
Limerick(city), Newcastle, Kilmallock, , etc.

You will not be able to check LDS for a FULL record film, as they have a gap
from 1914-1929, but get back to me and I'll advise you further.

I am looking for a trace John Leahy, of Caherconlish, Co. Limk. who married
my husbands grand aunt Margt. Galligan in 1905. John was born in 1880, and
his father's name was also John. John and Margt. are said to have
emmigrated to Canada - be great if the Leahy's were the same family.
