Well, I noticed that www.familysearch.org (Mormons) have several of both
names from Rathkeale and Tipperary in their IGI records. These records are
either submitted through Church members
(and are unreliable), or are extracted
from Parish records - mainly Church of Ireland. You can view the
C.of I., register on Film# 0897365 at your nearest LDS ( Fam. Hist. Centre).
If it is not in stock, they will bring it in from Salt Lake for a nominal
rental $2 or $3.

For Catholic registers, your only source
is Limerick Ancestry ( aka Limerick Regional Archives) - see URL tag at end
of these emails.
But you have a greater problem in that you mention also Tipperary and if you
don't know the name of the parish, the Tipperary Heritage Unit at
http://ireland.iol.ie/~thu will search all parish records of all
denominations, but it will cost you plenty, regardless of whether they find
them for you or not.
