Kevin, I don't mean to get into a controversial religious discussion, so
feel free not to reply or to reply off the list if you would prefer.

My question is, what does this expression "to seal people" mean? Are
you referring to an earlier post about saving dead people? How did the
term originate? Where would one hear the expression used?
