Records such as these are available from the General Registrar's Office in
Dublin............

I'm not too sure whether they make this clear on the GRO web site but this
is the URL

Any Church of Ireland marriage records which were registered with the
General Registrar's Office for all of Ireland are available in the GRO from
1864 forwards. Civil registration of births, deaths and all other marriages
began in 1864.

Parish records are available on film up to 1880 generally speaking from the
date they began and so long as they survivied the fire in the Four Courts or
had not been submitted by 1922.

Anything from 1880 forwards that was actually registerd with the GRO is
available to those who want to search for it.

The GRO records have only been filmed to a certain year by the LDS - I don't
know the year, but the rest are available in Dublin. All Irish counties up
to 1922 and the 26 counties of the Republic of Ireland only from 1922
forwards. So while you can not access Church records you can access Civil
records.
