Well, of course, as you know,where ever people are buried,
their graves will always exist, but whether the graves of
the early 17th.Century ever had marker stones, or ones that
can still be read is another question.

The simple answer is, of course, there are graves from the
early 16th. century, but those memorials - not necessarily
the remains of the person - and graves that lie inside
roofed cathedrals survive. As an example, here are some in
St.Mary's Cathedral, Limerick.

" Anna Faning
Uxor Eivs
Obit 13 Mar
Cll ano DOI
1634 "

" Anne Fanning, his wife, died 13 March, Year of our
Lord, 1634" . [The plaque inside the Church commemorates
Anne who was buried in the churchyard].
==============
On inside floor slabs ( graves underneath), one can find:

"Orate P Aia Thome Creagh, Filii David Q Obiit d Die Iunii
a 1497, Et P Aia........... Uxoris Ei Et P Aia Petri Creagh
Filii Eor Q Obiit No Die Mayii a.d. 1546"
" Pray for the soulf of Thomas Creagh, son of David who
died on ..... of June 1497, and for the soul of Peter
Creagh, his son who died on ....May, A.d. 1546"
=============

There are also several tombs within the cathedral, dating
to 1400.

Now, if you are meaning the graves of ordinary people,
either in the city, or the county, I doubt that one would
find outside, either the graves or any readable markers
that date to the 1600's.
