I'm sure there has been some work done on Daniel O'Connell's family line.
I just learned that I am supposed to be a descendent of him and I wondered
if someone could possibly share the information they have gathered.
My grandmother was Anna J. O'Connell, sister of Bridget, Catherine, Dennis,
Patrick, and David, all of Limerick. The word I have received is that the
relationship was "close" although that's all the provider could tell me.
Her grandmother had given her this information although I'm sure lots of
grandmother's told family members they were related to lots of famous
folks!
