Actually, there are also more in Limerick. The one that comes quickest to my
mind is where my grandfather is from--Kilkeedy civil parish. No townland
with that name. And actually almost everyone in Limerick is amazed to learn
it is Kilkeedy--they all ask me, oh do you mean Kilbreedy, or or Killeely?
No, I mean Kilkeedy, where Patrickswell is. No, comes back the response,
Patrickswell is in Knockainy. No, that's a different Patrickswell. This is
the Patrickswell that is right outside Limerick city. It's by the new
racecourse. Ooooooh, THAT Patrickswell.
