Hi Ann,

I haven't specifically checked to see if there is a Clones in Co. Limerick,
but the best known Clones in Ireland would perhaps be in County Monaghan.
This town was famous for its delicate lace work. I had a surf, looking for
Irish lacemaking recently and there was quite a bit to be found and of
course it include Clones lace. In particular, I gather that the Clones rose
is a very well known design.
