I have two certificates for Registration District No.3, but
two different parishes are name, one is St. Michael's [
where I know there is a Chapel Lane ], and the other states
St.John's, all of which says that districts can include all
or part of more than one parish.

But depending on the type of certificate, the name of the
church [or chapel] is given. All city churches reflect the
name of the parish. For example, if it is St.Michael's
church, then that is also the parish name.
