Received today by snailmail from 3rd cousin in Ireland a copy of:

Second Statutory Term
Land Law Acts
Rule 125
dated Nov. 25, 1894

with Application by Tenant or Landlord to Court for Fair Rent, on the back Schedule of Improvements Claimed.

I did a Google search and found some information - but can someone clarify if this was the beginning process for tenants to purchase the land they had worked for so many years from the landlord.

County: Limerick, Poor Law Union: Limerick, Electoral Dic - sorry can't make out looks like Roscborough,
