I will echo what Pat says regarding adjacent counties. I found baptism and
marriage records for my JOYCE ancestors in Charleville, Co. Cork even though
their Pennsylvania, USA tombstones stated that they were "of County
Limerick". I still have not found their Limerick hometown.
