Barbara, where do the Jardine's come from? It's a family name with the
Molyneaux family that my daughter married into. Her two daughters have
Jardine heritage. The other grandparents are not interested in genealogy,
but I would like the girls to know all they can about both sides of their
family.

The other granny was born Jardine and came from a Scottish family who
emigrated to South Africa and started a hotel in the early gold rush years.

Go well! Ivy Trott in Fish Hoek, Cape Province, South Africa.
