The John Carson listed above is my g-g-grandfather who came to Augusta
Twp., Grenville Co., Ontario, Canada in 1845 after he retired. He married
Eliza Wynne, b. 1813 in Ballinakill, Queen's Co. in Grenada, W.I. He had
a brother named George Carson who was in Granby, Quebec, Canada by 1830
and a sister, Susan Carson who married James Leavy and was in Rhode Island
by 1831.
