Hi Bev,
Honestly I don't know if any went to Canada.
I have a few in NYC.

Did any of your Gormans descend from Gormans in Clonbroney Parish?
Particularly, do you have a James Gorman who died abt. 1863 in Listraghee?
or a Thomas who died about 1849 there?

I don't go too far back with my Gormans. Earliest info is Thomas and Ann
were married and gave birth in the 1820's to Mary, Ann, James, Bridget.

I also have a "Maggie" who died in Brooklyn at age 40 in 1889. I can't
connect her to anyone but she is buried with the others in Calvary cemetery
Queens, NYC..

If any of this rings bells, let me know.
Thanks for writing.
Agnes

Hi Agnes:
Saw your post to Longford list re surname
GORMAN. Did any of your people of that surname
immigr. to Canada? I have quite a few GORMANs
there in my data base ca early to mid 1800s.
I do not, however, show any MULLIN or REILLY
connection(s).
Bev
