I am researching the Blackwell surname from Louth Co.
especially around Charlestown. . There were Francis,
Alexander & Robert all born in the 1770's. Some related
family names are Hughes, Wooley & English. Francis married
a lady named Mary? and also Alexander married Mary ?. . Are
there any descendents still in Louth Co.? The children of
the above came as young adults to Ontario Canada about 1850
& settled around Drayton Ont. Hope to hear from
