Hi Christine,
Thank you so much for your help we are fairly sure that the 1st family you highlighted is indeed my Grandads family. It will also be Carrowbeg and not Carribeg as we had only heard the word spoken and had never seen it written down. I will try some more research now you have put me on the right track.
