It's free to register and search the index, but you have to pay to see
complete transcriptions. Click on Mayo, then Mayo births, then register, then search
for Concannon births or baptisms around 1863 with the father named Martin. I
got 6 within a few years of 1863, including a Patrick born in 1863. You could
pay for the entries or, by trying Balla or other parishes around it, narrow it
down a bit, then either pay the site or rent the film from the LDS.
