I have an Ordnance Survey map of Monaghan Town dated 1901. It shows the
Monaghan District Lunatic Asylum just to the northeast of the town. The
area seems to be marked Roosky. It's just off Glasslough Street which
enters the "downtown" diamond from the north. Mill Street enters the
diamond from the west. Hope this helps.
