Hello, all,
Is there any documentation, that anyone knows of, in which "Mackay" is
spelled "MacQuey"?
My great-grandmother, Susan MacQuey, came to Ontario, Canada, in 1844. I
have no further information; i.e., no info re: port of embarkation or
debarkation, but it is family lore that she lived in Monaghan Co. Also, no
info re: parents' names or origins.
TIA for any help.
Cheers!
Betty (in sunny, muggy Delta, BC)
