I plan to visit Monaghan in May, and in my previous letter, I neglected to mention that Francis Kelly was born in May, 1806, in Mulloloughan. He was a descendant of Donagh O'Kelly of Mount Talbot, County Roscommon.....Can anyone locate where parish records for him would be, if indeed they exist at all?
