Timothy Tierney was born 1795-99 our family thinks in Tipperary and married Ellen Waters born 1800-01-before 1825.Timothy was convicted in Tipperary 1835 sentenced to life arring in NSW AU 1835 and died there 1872.The names of Ellen's parents were Hugh Waters & Sarah Smith.Timothy & Ellen had 4 girls & 2 boys.Ellen came to Canada and I have all the information after thet. If you have any info in your findings regarding a Timothy Tierney sent to AU as a convict in 1835,I would like to hear from you.Paying for research in Tipperary brought only the answer that they had no record of their marriage and children.
