Subject: [IRL-PALATINE] 2009 anniversary

We are rapidly approaching the 300th anniversary of the migration of
our ancestors from the Palatinate to England and Ireland. It would be
a great adventure and a proud remembrance for many of us to recreate
that journey.
The Irish Palatine Association (http://www.irishpalatines.org/) is
considering how to commemorate this event. With limited resources of
both manpower and funds, it is difficult for them. Perhaps some of
you on this listserve have thoughts about what we might do and how to
assist in bringing this about.
If you would be interested in some sort of commemoration, please set
out your thoughts here for the rest of us to consider.
