Hi all,

I feel I have to put my 2 cents worth in here and agree in principal with
Terry, about the risk of this being hijacked.

There are Palatine descendants in many other countries; there are reportedly
at least 3 verified families in Australia and there are the various other
"Rhyneharts" who regardless of spelling came from the same 10 or 12 square
mile area in Wexford (documentation for 1 generation will verify what is
suspected) there are also a few other family lines here from Wexford in a
similar situation.

If you mention "Palatine" in Australia outside a dedicated group of
genealogists you would probably get one spark of recognition in a sea of
about 30 blank faces so the concept of raising awareness is very valid and
commendable.

Regards,
Brian Rhynehart.
Canberra, Australia.
