Hi,

I wanted to ask if anyone has ever heard of the last name Spalding/Spaulding
in Co. Westmeath. An ancestor named James Spaulding listed Co. Westmeath as
his birthplace in his naturalization record. He was supposedly born on 8
September 1819 to Patrick and Bridget Spaulding. The family allegedly emigrated to
America between 1838-1841.
