I wish to introduce myself to this list and hope someone in Wexford may be able to assist.

My name is Colleen Wells and I have been trying to find information on the following:

JOHN DOYLE b. abt 1829 - Ireland ??
Married Eliza Bridget O'Neill/Neill - 1862 - Ireland ? not sure could be England
This couple departed London on the Ship Afghan and arrived in Victoria Aust 1879.

Children with them were born in WEXFORD
JAMES - aged 15
JOHN BARTHOLOMEW - b. 25th Aug 1864 (grandfather)
THOMAS - aged 11
JOSEPH PATRICK - 10
MARY AGNES - 5 (Mary's nick name was "George" according to passenger list, but PROV show her as Mary Agnes)
FRANCES - 3
WILLIAM HENRY b. 1878 - he was 1

John and Eliza also had a son MICHAEL, but he was not listed on the passenger list and would have been about 7 years old in 1879. CAN ANYONE FIND A DEATH DATE ON HIM, as do not think they would leave him behind. This could give me a clue as to where they lived in Wexford.

The only knowledge I have of this family is John Bart, our grandfather, he settled in Dubbo - NSW and had 8 daughters and one son who never married, so hard to trace families. But as for his parents and siblings there is no trace of them that I can find.

Maybe someone in Wexford knew of this family and can assist.
Can someone please try and find the following:
BIRTH OF JOHN AND ELIZA
MARRIAGE OF JOHN AND ELIZA
TOWN WHERE ONE OF THE CHILDREN WERE BORN

I have searched IGI and this is where I found birth dates of children, but just has Wexford for address of family.
