My first posting to the list, and it was recommended to me as a
helpful group of people so I'm trying my luck.
My problem is two fold. Eliza Cooper was certainly the mother of
Sarah born c.1865(no trace of birth at FRC), Fanny definitely born
1866 and Frederick John born 1872. She had married George Tutton at
least before the birth of Fanny (not to take anything for granted) and
the birth took place at Adgestone, Brading, Isle of Wight. This is as
much as I know of Eliza Cooper and the other headache known as George
Tutton.
Has anyone out there lost an Eliza Cooper or a George Tutton? Because
I know what happened to these three offspring! They stayed together
until death, in the same household, along with Frederick's wife and
assorted children (including my Grandmother). They are buried in West
Thurrock cemetery in Essex. How they came to be here I have no idea.
Any suggestions?
